You acknowledge that any reliance on any information on this Site shall be at your sole risk.

All products we offer for sale are intended and sold for aftermarket use only. All new parts listed on our web site and within catalogues distributed by us are from independent aftermarket sources unless clearly specified as being from the OEM. We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by the Site itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. We receive the technical data of products from third parties. Accordingly, we assume no liability for errors in regards to tech tips, listings, specifications, part numbers or model application.

4. Conditions Relating to the Sale of Products to You
Please note that some parts are intended for show use and/or restoration only and may not meet current requirements for street use in the United Kingdom or your country. The parts mentioned in our publications, both electronic and printed, must be installed by a qualified mechanic who is able to judge correct fitment and quality of parts. Never install when in doubt. Accordingly, we do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the catalogue or website or for any products or services purchased from us. While we will sell worldwide, our products are NOT intended for use in the United Staes of America.

5. Pricing and availability
We do not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services in our publications, both electronic and printed, without prior notice. If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible, and will do our best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product which was advertised at an incorrect price, if the item or items has been charged and not dispatched we will cancel and refund your order. Prices do not include freight or any other costs that may be applicable. We shall not be liable for direct, indirect or consequential damage caused by any product. No credit will be issued beyond the original cost of any product. No credit will be issued after one year of the original sales date.

All brand names used on this website (Harley-Davidson®, Yamaha, Honda, Suzuki, etc.), are used for reference only, and products on this website are not made by or with permission from any of these corporations. We are not agents of these organisations or corporations.

You agree that we shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such on the Site. 8. Contractual acceptance
The receipt of an e-mail confirming the order does not constitute the acceptance of your order or a confirmation of any offer to sell. We at Orion Customs reserve the right, without prior notification, to refuse, or limit, the order quantity on any item and/ service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. When we receive conformation your payment has been made your order will be processed.

9. Payment
The only method of payment we accept is payment via PayPal. On order to make a payment you will need to log in to Paypal where you will be able to pay via your own Paypal account or by using one of the many credit/debit cards available. For more information visit the PayPal web site.

10. Shipping
Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If there are any changes to the details supplied by you, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible. While we make every effort to get your parts to you as quickly as possible, should any parts not be immediately available at the time of your order we will complete the order and send all the goods in one consignment, unless you advise us otherwise. When accepting a shipment always check if the shipment includes all boxes and that these are undamaged. When an order is damaged or incomplete it must be mentioned when signing and recorded on the delivery note. Goods that are missing from a shipment should be reported to us within five working day after receiving the shipment. We reserve the decision right to grant such claims. No shipping cost credit will be issued on any shipment.

Delivery dates for some items may vary depending on our suppliers; we constantly monitor these orders to provide you with the best possible service. Special offer and used parts are only available whilst stock last,

We ship by courier or Royal Mail, and a signature will be required on delivery. Shipping charges apply to UK Mainland only. We will need to arrange the extra charge for Highlands and Islands. For any worldwide deliveries please contact us for a quote. will vary for International orders.

11. Events beyond our reasonable control
Both parties will only be liable under these Terms for losses which are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of the relevant breach of contract. We will not be responsible for damage to goods during the shipping process or for any costs involved due to late or non arrival to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control.

12. Electronic communications
We shall have no liability for the acts or omissions of telecommunications service providers or for failures of, or faults in their networks and equipment.

13. Customs
Please note that when shipping products internationally, you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.

14. Returns
In the unlikely event that you receive goods which are not what you have ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, we shall, at our own option, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify us of the problem in writing via email within five working days after delivery of the goods and PROVIDED THAT you return the damaged or defective goods to us. Returns must be preauthorized by us. Returns and exchanges must be in new saleable condition and must include all instructions and original packing material. Any part which, in our opinion or that of our supplier that shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or return shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration.
Any chrome item with manufacturing faults will be considered for return only within five working days of purchase.
Electrical items cannot be returned. We do not warrant any electrical items including batteries. Any warranty concerning electrical items must be addressed to the manufacturer directly.
Special orders that are cancelled and have been shipped to us or received by us, are not able to be returned or exchanged unless the product itself is faulty.
Certain items may be sold as blemished or "End of line" and are non-refundable/non-exchangeable. These items will be marked as such in the description. Frames, bike kits, and specially ordered items are non-refundable and may only be exchanged in the event of material defect.
In the event of damages incurred during shipping, the purchaser agrees to work with the shipping company to pursue a claim and exchange will only take place upon successful reimbursement of claim to us.
No shipping cost credit will be issued on any return shipment. A copy of the invoice on which the returned item was billed plus our a copy of our "Returns Authorisation Number", must be included in all return shipments. When either the invoice or the "Returns Authorisation Number" is not included the return will be put aside without further notice and no refund will be issued after fourteen working days. We will not be liable for any costs due to the loss of the returned goods.
Replacement of any goods will be limited to parts only and does not include labour claims of any type. If the manufacturer has a written warranty, it will be included with the item you purchased. The manufacturer shall be solely responsible for any damage to person or property arising from design and manufacture and testing of its products and we accept no liability for such damages. We shall not be liable for any consequential damages.

NOTHING IN THIS SECTION AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

15. Risks and Losses
All items purchased from the Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. All items shipped will require a signature on delivery. If the package you receive has been damaged in transit, contact us immediately and we will help make the necessary arrangements. You will need to keep the entire packaging, etc. as proof for when you follow up with the courier or Royal Mail.

16. Liability and responsibility
We expect the end-user/retailer to exercise good judgement as to the proper selection, installation, maintenance, and use of our parts. We assume no responsibility for damage or injury of any kind arising from misuse or improper application of any parts in any way by any person. Unless specifically stated, we have no control over the manufacturing, testing, or usage, of any part sold, and therefore the manufacturer will be responsible for any and/or all claims for damage to person(s) or property arising from design, manufacturing, and testing of it's products. In no event will we be liable for consequential or indirect damages.
All parts sold by us, must be fitted by a qualified mechanic in accordance with the original manufacturer's service manual.

17. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we or our affiliates, together with thier respective employees, agents, Directors, officers, and shareholders, be liable for and indirect, consequential, special or incidental damages or direct damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use this Site. This limitation shall apply to any claim whether based on Contract, Tort, Strict liability or other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

18. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Orion Customs and it's parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, together with their respective employees, agents, directors, officers and shareholders, harmless from and against all liabilities, losses, claims, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) arising out of (i) your use or misuse of the Site, (ii) your breach or alleged breach of these Terms of Use or (iii) your violation of any law, regulation, rule or rights of others.

19. Waiver
No waiver by us of any breach of these Terms shall be considered as a waiver of subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.

20. Governing law and jurisdiction
If any provision of these Terms shall be held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining parts of these Terms and the remainder of the affected provision shall be unaffected. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the law and exclusive jurisdiction of England.

21. Intellectual Property Claims
You acknowledge and agree that all content and materials made available on the Site, such as designs, images, text, software, editorial materials, data, photographs, illustrations, audio clips, video clips, digital streams and downloads, footage, features, artwork and other graphic materials, names, logos, icons, trademarks and service marks, and the compilation of all content and materials on the Site are the exclusive property of Orion Customs and it's suppliers and licensors and are protected by English and International intellectual property laws. You may use, display and print one copy of the content and materials on the Site on a single computer for your non-commercial and personal use only, provided that you maintain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in such content or materials. Orion Customs and it's suppliers and licensors do not warrant that (i) The Site or any of the content or materials included in or made available on on the Site is accurate, timely, complete or relaible, (ii) The Site will be available at any particular location or time, (iii) the Site will be secure or error free, (iv) any defects or errors will be corrected or (v) that the content or materials included in or made available on the site is fee of viruses or other harmful code or programs. Your use of the site is entirely at your own risk.

23. Termination
We, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability to you, reserve the right to terminate the agreement, i.e. cancelling the order and/or terminating your access to the website, without prior notice if: a) you fail to make any payment to us when due, b) you breach the terms of this agreement, c) when requested by us to do so, you fail to provide us within a reasonable time with sufficient information to enable us to determine the accuracy and validity of any information supplied by you, or your identity, and d) we suspect you have engaged, or about to engage, or have in any way been involved, in fraudulent or illegal activity on our website.
